Morning All
This week the
blog is featuring another batch of my other half’s “spanner art”. I’m told the
two creations in box frames are a pair of sea snakes (which started life as
spanners for a sewing machine tool kit!) and something that looks vaguely
pike-like. The other is a parrot which, in addition to the usual polishing,
engraving and colouring of the metal, has had some simple pinstriping added for
the wings. I think the parrot’s background really sets the colours off nicely.
Next week, it’ll
be back to the usual paper/ jewellery creations!
